Roman Taxis of Newport has become the first taxi company in Wales to achieve ISO 9001:2015 quality-management certification.
South Wales Argus reports the firm, run by Ryan Milton, Marilyn Clayton and Dale Clayton, was independently assessed on consistent service, accountability, customer expectations and continual improvement. General manager Milton called it a proud milestone and the start of the next chapter for corporate partners needing reliable staff and visitor transport. The company thanked consultant Kevin at Keystone Management Systems for guidance through the process, saying the badge reflects embedded systems rather than a website logo.
